Hello!

I was wondering where is the best place to farm those scrolls. UW scrolls. Or its like dyes, that drop anywhere with any chance?

actually, the best place is the UW. (and FoW for FoW scrolls)
They drop in both normal mode and harmode

Hardmode bosses drop scrolls as well

Only HM's Bosses drops them outside UW

Well, it's still a hard drop to get.
So don't expect it in 10-20+ runs

Outside Sardelac Sanitarium is a good place to get scrolls since there are usually two stone elemental bosses who are easily soloed (I've got around 4 from them both)

I'm not sure whether that's just me, but I seem to get scrolls for the FoW ten times more often than scrolls to the UW.
Given the fact that scroll drops have a very low chance already, it might be extremely troublesome to try and farm them explicitly. Maybe it's a better idea to choose bosses whose greens you like, need, or can sell, and then to take the odd scroll drop as an additional benefit.

I've completely vanquished 2 continents, am working on the third and did a little farming on the side. I haven't found a single scroll yet. If I didn't know any better I'd say they don't exists.

I'd say Bzzyr, I've gotten like 4 or 5 scrolls off him in a lot of runs, but he is a run that can be done in 1 minute 15 seconds from starting in town to the next time you start in town.
